Most people come to us after the soft approach has already failed.
Happy Paws is family-owned by Brittney and Joshua Crider in Tigard. Brittney is Head Trainer with 15+ years of hands-on work across breeds and temperaments. Your dog lives in our home with our family — not in a kennel — and trains in real places: neighborhoods, parks, stores, and everyday life. We only take a few board-and-train dogs each month so every dog gets real attention.
Board & train is our main path for lasting results. Every board-and-train dog lives in our home with our family. Private and puppy lessons are available when a full stay is not the right fit.
For dogs that pull, get distracted easily, or have mild reactivity. Training happens in real places like parks, stores, and neighborhoods.
We build reliable recall, sit, down, place, loose leash walking, door manners, car manners, and calm socialization. You’ll get daily photo and video updates, and we end with a full turnover so you know exactly how to keep the results.
